New toy

When I got home today my first ever eBay purchase was waiting for me on my side of the couch. A new cricut cartridge called 'stamping'.

I've been trying to buy it at Joann's for the last couple of months, but every time they'd have a sale it wouldn't include this one so I finally resorted to alternate methods.

I tried a new recipe for dinner tonight from one of my Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. It was an enchilada casserole made with layers of oozy, cheesy, meaty goodness.

Good, but not great. Needed more seasoning and cheese. But what doesn't in life?
